Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all sticks, mallets, or accessories are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
